Delivery Information

All office supplies and stationery orders will be delivered on a next day basis, providing your order is received before 5pm.  Any orders received after 5pm will be delivered in 48 hours. Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, if you have placed your order at the weekend this will be processed on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.

*Exceptions inculde Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Isle of Scilly.  Prices can be provided on request. 

Furniture deliveries are subject to slightly longer delivery times.  Delivery times can be provided on request.

Shortages

If you have a shortage please notify our sales support team within 2 days of receiving your order.  We will then arrange for your missing items to be re-delivered.

Returns

If you would like to return and unwanted or damaged item please notify our sales support team within 2 days and they will be happy to assist you with this.
